FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. Q: Can we check in earlier than 4pm / check out
later than 10am?
A: In certain circumstances we are able to accommodate
an earlier check in. This is not a guarantee. If you
need a later check out, then please contact us to
request that at least 48 hours before your departure.
Late check out without prior approval will be charged
to the guests security deposit.
2. Q: Do I need to bring sheets and towels
A: No, sheets are provided, 2 sets for each bed, bath
towels are provided for use in the home or by the pool,
if you plan a trip to the beach please bring you own
towels.
3. Q: What other items do I need to bring?
A: Paper products, we provide the first roll of toilet
tissue in each bathroom, we also provide 2 large
garbage bags and 3 small garbage bags (kitchen) after
that it is the guest’s responsibility.
4. Q: What do we do if we need to get a hold of the
management company?
A: Call our outstanding management company at
407-932-4079, if they are unavailable then leave a
detailed message as they check the voicemail
frequently. In the case of an emergency, leave a
voicemail at the office number and then call the
emergency number.
5. Q: Can I park my RV / Trailer at the home?
A: No, community restrictions prohibit parking of RV’s
and trailers in the driveway or on the street. We
recommend parking your RV / Trailer at a local storage
facility, Kissimmee Airport Storage 407-933-0000
6. Q: Is there a garage to park in?
A: Yes, our 2 and 3 bedroom homes have a 2 car garage
with automatic garage door openers and driveway
available for guests use. Parking on grass, in the
street or on / over sidewalk is prohibited.
7. Q: I paid for pool heating, how does that work?
A: The pool heating will run from 10am – 6pm and heat
the pool to between 82 and 85 degrees. It is turned on
the day of your arrival and off after the last day.
Sometimes in the winter it takes a day or two for the
pool to reach the temperature due to the outside
temperature and the starting temperature of the pool
water. Pool heat can be purchased for a minimum of 5
days and must run until the end of your stay. It can be
added on arrival or during your stay. Please give at
least 24 hours notice. Pool heating is available from
October to April.
8. Q: Is there a washer and dryer / Iron and ironing
board in the house?
A: Yes, each home has a full size washer and dryer Iron
and ironing board. Laundry detergent is not provided.
9. Q: What is provided in the kitchen?
A: Kitchen is well equipped, with toaster / blender /
coffee maker / kettle / dishwasher / microwave / fridge
/ stove / pots and pans / dishes / silverware / cups /
glasses / utensils / dish washer powder and dish
detergent
10. Q: What is the bedding in the home?
A: 2 bedroom home has a king in the master and two
twins in the second bedroom, 3 bedroom home has a king
in the master, queen in the second bedroom and two
twins in the third bedroom. Both homes have a queen
size sleeper sofa in the living room.
11. Q: Will anyone come to the home while I am there?
A: Yes, lawn care and pool care are scheduled weekly.
Pool care is normally on Wednesday’s, lawn care is on
Monday. They do not access the inside of the home,
however please leave the screen enclosure unlocked and
do not block the gate into the back yard. Pest control
may also stop by, they also just service the outside of
the home.
